Rules
5 MPH AT ALL TIMES! This is strictly enforced for the safety of our children and our neighborhood’s children. This speed limit applies to vehicles and golf carts! Anyone who does not obey the 5 MPH speed limit will lose their campsite without a refund.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION: You must register your vehicle on arrival and vehicle pass must be displayed at all times. Golf Carts must be registered at check-in.
QUIET TIME: Between 11pm and 8am. Children and teenagers must be quiet on site and mindful of other campers during this time.
CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and those under the age of 18 must stay with an adult.
BIKES: Children 12 and under are required to wear a helmet while riding a bike or they will not be allowed to ride in the campground. No bike riding after DUSK allowed UNLESS a light is attached to the bike. No dirt bikes are allowed.
PETS: Pet owners must show proof of current inoculations upon arrival. Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left alone in the campground. They are NOT permitted in the store, playground, or lake; owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
CAMPFIRES: Permitted in the supplied fire ring but MUST be attended at all times. Campfires must be completely extinguished before retiring. Only wood purchased in Perry County is allowed and any unused firewood must be taken home with you. Fire pits that are left full of garbage will incur a $25.00 cleaning charge.
ALCOHOL: Must be of legal age and stay in your campsite/camper with no exceptions. Excessive drinking, rowdiness, loudness, vulgarity, or creating a disturbance are grounds for eviction without refund.
FIREWORKS: Not permitted in the campground, including sparklers.
TREES: No cutting of any kind, whether dead or alive.
GRAY WATER: Must be collected in a container and emptied at the dump station. (ENFORCED STATE LAW)
GUESTS: Must register and pay the visitor fee before the office closes. Day visitors must leave by 10:00 pm.
FISHING: Catch and release only. Worms are the only live bait to be used in the lake; no minnows are allowed but lures are permitted. Swimming is not allowed in the lake.
SAFETY: Playground equipment, campground facilities, our lake, and Sherman’s Creek are for you to enjoy at your own risk. Please respect your fellow campers, supervise your children, and enjoy your camping experience at Paradise Stream Family Campground. Anyone not complying with these rules and regulations, may be asked to leave. We reserve the right to eject or refuse service to any camper or visitor, not conforming to the best interest of the campground. Any and all concerns are to be brought to the office.
CAMERAS: Security cameras are used throughout the campground and in the Game Room, in case of any incident requiring review by management. By staying at Paradise Stream, you give consent to be recorded on camera. Campground reserves the right to add or alter these Rules & Policies at any time due to any unforeseen occurrences in the future.
